Founded in 2022 by Radhika Lakhotia and Dishita Choudhary, this Bhubaneswar-based startup collects spent grains—the nutrient-rich leftovers from beer breweries—and transforms them into The Fit Flour. With nearly 30% protein and 40% fiber, it blends into regular atta to create healthier rotis, breads, and snacks.
